We publish decision-focused guidance so you can ask better questions. It is written to be accurate at the time of review, but it is general information and it is not a substitute for advice on your facts.

General information only

This page is general information about UAE business setup, not legal, tax, immigration, or banking advice. Rules, fees, permitted activities, and bank policies can change. Final eligibility depends on your facts and the applicable rules at the time of application.

Banking

We prepare and coordinate corporate bank-account applications. We do not open accounts and cannot guarantee approval, a particular bank, or a timeline. Each bank applies its own KYC, AML, and risk assessment.

International accounts and card programmes are held with internationally regulated, licensed institutions outside the UAE banking system, under those institutions' own onboarding rules, terms and regulatory obligations. They are not a substitute for a UAE bank account where dirham settlement or UAE substance is required.

Residency and visas

Residency and visa routes are subject to eligibility criteria and authority approval. We prepare and coordinate applications; the decision remains with the relevant authority.

Tax

UAE corporate tax, VAT, and free-zone treatment depend on your specific facts. Home-country obligations may also apply. We coordinate with your tax adviser and do not provide a tax opinion.

Legal, escrow, payments, virtual assets and regulatory work

Velarozone is not a law firm, is not licensed to practise law in the UAE and does not give legal advice. Legal advice is given by a licensed law firm under its own engagement letter, and the firm alone is responsible for it.

Escrow accounts are held with licensed institutions under their own authorisation and terms. Velarozone is not licensed as an escrow agent or a payment service provider; it provides structuring and coordination.

Card acquiring runs under a Central Bank of the UAE licence, with pricing and underwriting set out in the merchant agreement. Velarozone is not a payment service provider, does not set or quote acquiring rates and cannot promise that a merchant will be accepted. The service opens in stages.

Virtual assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value; they are not suitable for every investor. Velarozone does not provide virtual-asset services, investment advice or execution. Execution is by a VARA-licensed broker-dealer under its own terms and client classification. Nothing on this website is an offer or an invitation to trade.

Marketing for virtual-asset activities in Dubai is subject to the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority's Marketing Regulations. Velarozone undertakes marketing for virtual-asset businesses only where the entity holds a VARA licence, and reviews such communications against those regulations before publication.

Licensing decisions, licence categories and the approval of individuals for regulated roles rest with the relevant regulator. Velarozone does not assert licence categories a regulator does not publish and does not promise regulatory outcomes. Fractional appointments that require a regulator's approval are subject to that approval.

The planning tool

This planning tool is not legal, tax, or immigration advice, and it is not a quote. It organises the questions an adviser will assess with you. It does not confirm eligibility, cost, or approval.

No guarantees on outcome, cost, or timing

Government fees, free-zone pricing, permitted activities, document requirements, and bank policies change. Any indicative figure or timeline mentioned on this site is illustrative and must be confirmed against the applicable rules at the time of your application.
