About Velarozone

The firm that structures the company before anyone files it.

Velarozone is an adviser-led firm for businesses in the UAE: company setup, visas, banking, accounting, legal, escrow, card payments, marketing and regulatory consulting, under one adviser and one file. We compare the viable routes, price the whole first year and the renewal, and put the reasoning in writing — then file only what you've approved.

How we work

The difference, in four commitments

01

Structure before paperwork.

The route comparison comes first; applications follow the decision, never the other way round.

02

The complete cost, including year two.

Setup figures and renewal figures side by side, components itemised.

03

Reasoning you can hold us to.

Every recommendation is written down — trade-offs, dependencies and open questions included.

04

Approvals stay where they belong.

Authorities decide licences and visas; banks decide accounts. We prepare, coordinate and report by stage — and say so plainly.

Advisers

The people who review your file

Structuring, tax, banking readiness and immigration are different disciplines. Your file is owned by one adviser and reviewed by the specialist function at each stage.

Structuring

Jurisdiction and entity decisions for cross-border groups, branches, subsidiaries, and holding structures — driven by your activity, markets, and ownership.

Tax and compliance

Corporate tax registration, free-zone qualifying-income analysis, VAT threshold reviews, and coordination with your home-country adviser.

Banking readiness

Bank files, source-of-funds narratives, and transaction profiles, with KYC follow-up managed through the relationship team.

Immigration and PRO

Establishment cards, entry permits, Emirates ID, dependant sponsorship, and registry amendments across free-zone and mainland authorities.

Proof

Judged on outcomes

Our advisers have set up more than 1,000 UAE businesses over 30+ years in the region. The team works under its own names with clients and does not publish adviser profiles.

Typical engagement

A services consultancy exporting from day one

Situation
An advisory business with clients across Europe and Asia, no UAE-based customers, and one founder who needed a single residency visa.
Route
A free-zone licence, chosen after the activity description was matched against the zone's permitted activities and the flows the business expected — overseas invoicing, no local cash handling — were set against how a bank was likely to read them.
Result
A free zone and activity combination the bank file could support on its own facts, with the visa allocation the workspace carries and nothing broader than the activity the business actually carries out.

Typical engagement

A trading business that needed to invoice onshore

Situation
A distributor whose revenue depended on contracting with mainland customers directly, not with free-zone or overseas counterparties.
Route
A mainland licence with a registered tenancy, weighed in writing against the free-zone alternative. The VAT registration and the customs touchpoints that onshore trading brings were worked through before the application went in, not after.
Result
A licence that could invoice mainland customers directly, and a bank file built around the business's real pattern of incoming and outgoing payments rather than a generic business plan.

Typical engagement

A payments business inside a regulated perimeter

Situation
A business whose model involved holding and moving customer funds, which placed it inside a financial-services perimeter before any jurisdiction or licence was discussed.
Route
The perimeter was assessed first. Jurisdiction followed from which regulator the activity fell under, not from price. An AML programme and named compliance roles were built into the structure from the outset, and the bank file was prepared to the standard a regulated entity needs, before the application was submitted.
Result
An application a regulator could assess on its own terms. The licensing decision stayed the regulator's throughout — Velarozone prepared and coordinated the file; it did not predict the outcome.

Scope

What we take responsibility for

  • Structure and jurisdiction assessment against your activity and markets
  • Licence application preparation and registry coordination
  • Establishment card, residency, and Emirates ID processing
  • Corporate bank-account readiness and introductions
  • Corporate tax and VAT registration coordination
  • Annual renewals, amendments, and ongoing compliance calendars

Limits

What sits outside our remit

  • Legal opinions and contract drafting
  • Signed tax positions or transfer-pricing opinions
  • Any promise about bank approval, timing, or a specific bank
  • Home-country filings and personal tax residency advice

Please note

This page is general information about UAE business setup, not legal, tax, immigration, or banking advice. Rules, fees, permitted activities, and bank policies can change. Final eligibility depends on your facts and the applicable rules at the time of application.

Process

From first conversation to operating company

  1. 01

Tell us how the business will operate.

Activity, customers, ownership, visas, workspace — about two minutes in the planner, or say it in a call.

  2. 02

    Compare the viable routes.

You receive the setup plan: costs, trade-offs, timing and adviser notes on each route, in writing.

  3. 03

    Approve and launch.

Once you approve a route, Velarozone coordinates the licence, residency, banking readiness and compliance setup.

Questions

About the firm

Velarozone.com is owned and operated by Velarozone For Business men & women Services L.L.C S.O.C.

Are you a law firm or a tax adviser?
No. We are an advisory and corporate services firm. Company setup, visas, banking, accounting, legal, escrow, card payments, marketing and regulatory consulting are offered under one engagement. Where the law reserves a piece of work for a licensed professional, that professional does it under their own licence: legal advice comes from a licensed law firm, an audit opinion from a registered auditor, escrow from a regulated agent.
Do you only work with one free zone?
No. We are not tied to a single free zone or registry. The right jurisdiction depends on your activity list, customer location, visa requirement, and substance needs, so we compare options for your facts.
Can you guarantee a licence, a visa, or a bank account?
No. Approvals rest with the relevant authority or bank. We prepare and coordinate applications, and we tell you where your file is weak before it is submitted.

Start with the plan, not the paperwork.

Two minutes of questions. A preliminary comparison you keep. An adviser-reviewed plan before anything is filed.
