Categories we use
We group cookies and similar technologies into three categories.
- Essential storage: your cookie choice and your language are kept in your browser's local storage; the planning tool's progress, forms you are part-way through and the page you arrived on are kept in session storage, which clears when you close the tab. This website does not set cookies of its own. This storage is needed for those features to work.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrica measure page views, referrers and navigation paths, and Microsoft Clarity also records how pages are scrolled and clicked, so we can improve the content. Vercel Speed Insights measures page speed without cookies.
- Advertising: Google Ads (with Google's Conversion Linker), the Meta Pixel and the OpenAI pixel record when a visit that began with one of their advertisements leads to an enquiry or a booking. They set their own cookies and may use them to measure and improve advertising on their platforms.
Advertising
Advertising platforms receive what their tags collect on this website, such as the fact that an enquiry or a booking happened and the advertisement that led to it. Where you give your email address or phone number in an enquiry or booking, it may be sent to them in hashed (irreversibly scrambled) form so they can match the enquiry to the advertisement. We do not sell personal data. Each platform processes this under its own privacy policy.
Your choice
In the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising tools stay off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Elsewhere they run by default, and choosing Decline in the banner switches them off.
To change your choice later, clear this website's data in your browser settings and the banner will ask again on your next visit. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser at any time; the essential storage above may then stop the planning tool and forms from keeping your progress.
